1 Introduction

2 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

3 Account Eligibility

To register an Account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period of your Account's existence:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Being 18 years of age does not, by itself, make gambling lawful in your jurisdiction — you remain solely responsible for compliance with local law.
• You must be a natural person acting in your personal capacity. Registrations made on behalf of a corporate entity, trust or other legal structure are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which accessing or using the Platform is prohibited by Applicable Law.
• You must not have previously had an Account suspended or terminated by bataa for breach of these Terms.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be acting as an agent, proxy or on behalf of any third party when registering or operating your Account.

4 Account Registration

When creating an Account on bataa, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information as prompted during the registration process. You undertake to maintain and promptly update your Account details to keep them accurate, current and complete at all times.

Each individual may only hold one (1) registered Account on the Platform at any given time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details, device, IP address or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any balances or bonuses.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password;
• All activity conducted through your Account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you;
• Notifying bataa support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account;
• Ensuring that your login details are not shared with any third party under any circumstances.

bataa reserves the right to require additional identity verification (KYC) at any stage of the registration process or subsequently during your use of the Platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension pending verification.

5 Terms of Use

By accessing the Platform, you agree to use bataa solely for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. The Platform is an informational and entertainment service. You acknowledge that all gaming activities carry inherent financial risk, and that past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

You agree that you shall at all times:

• Use the Platform in accordance with these Terms and any additional guidelines or policies published by bataa;
• Provide truthful and accurate information in all interactions with bataa, including support communications and KYC submissions;
• Accept full personal responsibility for all bets, wagers and gaming decisions made through your Account;
• Refrain from attempting to circumvent any security, access control or technical protection measures on the Platform;

6 Deposits & Payments

All deposits made to your bataa Account must be funded from a payment method that is validly registered in your own name. bataa does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits made from sources that cannot be verified as belonging to the Account holder may be returned and the Account suspended pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and Account status. As a general reference point, the minimum deposit is typically PKR 500, though this figure is subject to change and users should consult the current deposit page for live limits.

bataa supports a range of payment references familiar to Pakistani users. These include bank transfer references to institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, as well as mobile wallet and payment service references including Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without notice. The mention of any payment service on this Platform does not constitute an endorsement, affiliation or confirmation of support by that payment provider for gambling activity.

• Deposits are typically credited to the Account within the timeframe specified at the point of transaction;
• If a deposit is not credited within the stated timeframe, users should contact support with their transaction reference;
• bataa reserves the right to request proof of payment source as part of AML compliance procedures;
• Deposits made in error by the user may not be recoverable — users should verify all transaction details before confirming.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

bataa may offer various promotional incentives to registered users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions.

The following general principles apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, a 30x requirement on a PKR 5,000 bonus means PKR 150,000 in qualifying wagers must be completed);
• Time limits apply to all bonuses. Bonuses not used or wagering requirements not fulfilled within the stated period will expire and be forfeited without compensation;
• Game restrictions may apply — not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are detailed in each promotion's specific terms;
• One welcome bonus is available per eligible user, household, IP address and payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once constitutes bonus abuse;

8 Withdrawals

Users may request a withdrawal of available funds from their Account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. "Available funds" means the Account balance excluding any active bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to technical availability;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is typically PKR 1,000, though users should check the current withdrawal page for live minimum and maximum thresholds;
• bataa reserves the right to request full KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request. This is a standard AML control measure and is not indicative of any wrongdoing on the part of the user;
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method — bank transfers to institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah typically process within 1–3 business days; mobile wallet transfers via Easypaisa, JazzCash or Raast are generally faster but are subject to the processing schedules of the respective service providers;
• bataa does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions, though the user's payment provider may apply their own charges;
• Winnings derived entirely from bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements may not be withdrawn and will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested prematurely.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bataa Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of funds, as well as referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC or support interactions;
• Attempting to access the Platform if you are under the minimum age threshold or resident in a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited;
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or other non-human agents to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, identity theft or any other financial crime through the Platform;
• Colluding with other users in any game or betting market to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported immediately to support;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes while retaining winnings derived from the disputed transaction;
• Attempting to sell, transfer or otherwise assign your Account or any Account credits to a third party;
• Publishing, sharing or reproducing proprietary Platform content without express written authorisation from bataa.

10 Responsible Gambling

bataa is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for a minority of users, and we take our obligations in this area seriously. The following responsible gambling provisions apply to all registered users of the Platform.

• Users may set deposit limits, loss limits and session time limits through their Account settings at any time;

11 Intellectual Property

All content published on the bataa Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of bataa or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, republish, distribute or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written permission from bataa;
• Create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Use any data mining, scraping or similar data gathering tools on any part of the Platform;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or digital platform.

The bataa name, logo and all related trademarks and service marks are proprietary to bataa. Unauthorised use of any bataa trademark is strictly prohibited.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, bataa, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform or any of its Services.

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence or otherwise) and includes but is not limited to:

• Financial losses arising from gambling activity conducted through the Platform;
• Loss of data, loss of profits or loss of business opportunity;
• Service interruptions, technical failures or Platform downtime;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials;
• Any reliance placed by you on the accuracy or completeness of information published on the Platform.

Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit bataa's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Law.

13 Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the Account at any time. Users wishing to close their Account should contact bataa support at [email protected] with a clear written request.

bataa reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity;
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Conduct that bataa reasonably determines to be harmful to the Platform, other users or third parties.

Upon termination, any outstanding real-money balance (i.e., funds not subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the user via their registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC or AML checks. Bonus balances and bonus-derived funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its applicable gaming licence. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistani law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may impose restrictions on gambling activities. bataa does not make any representation that the Platform is lawfully accessible in Pakistan or any other specific territory. Users access the Platform entirely at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with their own local laws.

Any disputes between you and bataa that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body in the operator's licensing jurisdiction. This clause does not affect any statutory rights you may have under Applicable Law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

15 Amendments

bataa reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bataa will take reasonable steps to notify registered users — for example, by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the registered email address on the Account.

The date of the most recent review of these Terms is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with the Termination clause above.
